I was in a rush to get my car fixed and was out of options. Called Ledoux's and they got me right in and gave me the phone number to there preferred towing service. Had car towed in and they had it Diagnosed in a few hours. They got parts ordered and car fixed by the end of next business day. I was able to go back to work and not lose and time. These Guys Are great and I highly recommend them.

What a great shop!! Quick turn around and fast service. They got me in right away and back on the road within 1 day. Vahn & Steve were awesome! Steve took the vehicle on a test drive to see what was going on and quickly knew what was happening. I got a really cool digital inspection thing that showed me what was going on with my car. Keep up the great work!! We will always recommend you guys!!!!!!!!!!

My Kia has had a longstanding electrical problem I couldn’t get diagnosed (much less fixed) after throwing hundreds of dollars at two other local mechanics. I gave up on fixing it and was living with the problem. Well I brought my car to Ledoux’s for some unrelated maintenance, and while they were at it they found and fixed my electrical issue! This really saved me thousands of dollars, as I was on the verge of trading the car in. Vahn cares about the cars and customers, so I’ll be back.

Delays, excuses, and “calls” that appear to have never happened. After days of waiting and run around we finally just came and took the car back and went to Les Schwab where the evaluation will be both prompt and free. After leaving with the vehicle got frantic calls demanding money right away over the phone and saying they “cannot bill it.” This was my father’s second bad experience here and we strongly recommend against this company. Unfortunately tire companies like Les Schwab can only fix axles, breaks, bearings etc, but we believe this is a bearings issue and should have gone there in the first place. Lesson learned. It is extremely difficult to find an honest and capable auto repair so be careful out there. We feel like they were not being honest with us about their efforts to get the vehicle evaluated or their attempts to communicate (saying they would call or did call when caller ID shows no record). I cannot confirm they were dishonest only that it strongly feels that way. Also, come park your vehicle in the mud while it waits to be fixed. And had to drive the truck through that to get out of the parking lot because there is no space to turn around. Large vehicles cannot turn around in the lot without going through the dirt/mud.
