If I could give this shop 10 Stars today I would. The gas station attendant quickly discovered that my Jeep had a gas leak when she started the pump. She suggested Ledouxs Auto as the closest place for help. I was instantly stressed with this news as I had a class starting in 30 minutes followed by doctors appointment in a town an hour away. I had no time for an emergency. Josh at Ledouxs had the gas tank checked and discovered the fuel line had been cut. As I have found out since this is happening all over town, not just in the cover of darkness but in broad day light. I regress. Josh helped me so much, he had one of the guys drive me to my class while he searched high and low for a part of my 97 Jeep. He did find one and had it installed in the nick of time so that I actually arrived at the doctors with 5 minutes to spare. Thank you so much to the team of great guys at Ledouxs Auto. I now have a mechanic closer to home that I know will continue to take care of my car quick and expertly if there is a need. My treasured old 97 Jeep Cherokee now has a new care taker.

disgusting service. i took my ford fusion in at the beginning of the month for a quick inspection because i was hearing noises from the front end. sounded like suspension. i dropped the car off at 9am an hour after they opened and the owner (vahn) tells me he’ll be able to fit us in his schedule. well i wait until 4pm, an hour before they close, and vahn tells me a tech of his steve took the car on a test ride and knows what’s going on he just didn’t tell vahn yet? you would think they would call me and let me know what happened when they found out but anyways. vahn told me he would call me RIGHT back before they close at 5pm. i wait 45 minutes and call again and vahn tells me they are staying open later to finish the cars they have that day. i wait 2 hours and drive past at 7pm and everything is locked and closed and i didn’t get a call. the next day i call them 5 minutes after they open and vahn tells me the same thing. “yea steve took it on a test drive but he’s working on another car right now i’ll give you a call in 5 minutes”. I then show up at 8:30 after not getting that call right back and demand my keys back. after he gave me the keys he tellls me a list of parts and says it would be about $4,000 to repair the car. he said the exact words “the whole front end is falling out of the car”. the cherry on top is i take pictures of my dash and outside of the car when i drop it off at ANY shop just to be safe and someone at ledoux’s took my car on a 40 mile test drive. i’d call that a joyride but whatever. i knew him saying all this to me was a last ditch effort to hold onto the car for some reason so i just left and took the car to les schwabs. they told me they tightened a couple things and that the car might need new tie rods ($250 job) in a couple months and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. i will never go back to this shop and will not recommend another one of my customers to this shop ever again!

Everyone at Ledoux's is awesome. They make our fleet repairs and service issues easy to deal with.
