I recently took my car in for an oil change and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and informal. It looked to me as if there was only 1 mechanic at the time and he was already elbows deep under the hood of another vehicle. I was told my expected wait would be approximately an hour. The mechanic stopped what he was doing and started on my car. I received my car back in less time then expected. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend them!

Great service. A place you can trust

Beware of Ledouxs garage. They do not stand behind their work. We took our truck into them for some electrical work and when we got our car back it burned up in our driveway. We called Ledouxs to report the fire and they said it was nothing they did. The parts that caught fire were the very parts they installed, but they refused to take accountability. I wish I had seen all the other horror stories that have been reported about their work before I took my truck to them.

When we have a challenging problem with one of our cars we go to Ledoux auto service. Due to the nature of our business we have to bring the car after hours. We fill out the paper and drop the keys being sure that the next morning we will promptly received a call letting us know what is wrong with our car, what will be the cost, and how soon will it be ready. The personnel is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We whole heartedly recommend Ledoux for any problem you may have with your vehicle. Five Star Service!
