This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I took my car to many of my very experienced mechanic friends to try and have it repaired without paying an arm and a leg. No one could figure out how to fix it. Ledoux was able to fix my Subaru quickly and for the best price around! I will definitely be recommending Ledoux to anyone one I know needing car repairs!

What a lovely experience. I called to get my car in while traveling for work out of town and these guys got me right in. They drove me to my hotel and picked me up from work the next day. Both Mark and Dick have amazing customer service skills. This was the most pleasant mechanic experience I have ever had. Dick even let me use one of his books while staying in the hotel overnight, which was very kind. The Jeep is running great and I made it back home safely thanks to Ledoux's. So much gratitude to you guys!

Always great service, got right in for the pre-purchase inspection, then went back to the Dealer and bought it. Knowing that there were no hidden defects.

I've been coming here through several cars. They're honest and hardworking. My car drives so much better. They got my water pump taken care before it really caused problems. I cant's say even good things about their reliability.

Sept 2, 2020 appt @9:30 am for Jeep Patriot with 16,000+ miles. Basic oil change, tire rotation was needed. I was helped during check-in by Dick, who was very helpful and personable in answering any questions. I had planned to buy breakfast at McDonald's but servicing could be couple hours. Dick then told me that Ledoux's offers "Drive Home & Pick-up" service free to customers if needed! In due time he called, drove to get me, and we had good conversation both times. Everything was okay with vehicle; their checklist covered other items as part of Ledoux's service. Highly recommend this business for automotive maintenance. I will return again for oil changes, etc in the future.
