I brought my vehicle in for new brakes and they found the CV joints had worn out and needed to be replaced. I am glad they noticed it so they could be repaired at the same time as the brakes.

Left my truck with Ledoux's Auto in the morning with completely inoperable air-conditioner. Expected it would take at least a couple of days. But they called in a couple of hours and said it was fixed and ready for pickup. I didn't have a vehicle so they offered to come to my house and give me a ride back to the shop. WOW! The bill was over $1,000 less than what another different shop had quoted me for a repair estimate. I'll definitely be a repeat customer many times at Ledoux's. Can't thank them enough!

I was visiting from Portland and saw that my battery light was on. I had just replaced an alternator back in December 2025. I was referred here to the shop and they got me in and in matter of hours and replaced a faulty alternator, I was grateful. thank you.

My 5 star review is based on customer service and kindness. My brake fluid light came on suddenly and I had barely any braking sensation and could push the pedal to the floor. I was right by the shop and pulled in. Willie was very helpful and kind. He kept me informed. They were very busy but Willie and some other technicians took the time to look to see I had brake fluid leaking all over my front tire. They graciously gave me a ride home and were able to give me a bid within 30 minutes of me being home. Due to my car it was going to be very expensive. Willie acknowledged that. I realized I had a warranty at another shop and Willie was thankful and helped me get my car towed. Everyone was so helpful and respectful.

The quote for diagnostic service was exactly as quoted given the nature of the car problem I reported. The results were accurate and the estimated cost of repairs reasonable.Particularly because with the repairs I get more years of good use out of my 24 year old car!
