I've been a customer for many years and they've always beat comparable prices. All the staff has been friendly to me, even stayed open during lunch once when it was convenient for me. Notifications are quick so I'm never waiting longer than I need to. Overall awesome quality service. I do however wish repairs were more affordable in this economy. At this point I might as well wait until I'm stranded on the side of the road before I hand out my life savings. I understand the techs need to survive also, but at the same time wish they would reduce their prices for minimalistic things. Having a low income price or some sort of payment plan would be nice. Still will continue to support their business, better than anywhere else in town I can promise you that! I also really loved the breakdown of each service and the photos they attached with each recommendation. Super helpful so you're completely informed with no hidden agenda.

As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, finding a mechanic I can trust can be difficult. Timothy at Ledoux’s made me feel like he genuinely wanted to give me the best care possible while keeping the cost as low as possible. He even fixed two problems he didn’t create and replaced parts at no charge when I had to keep bringing my car back. They never made me feel bad about having to come in three times over 2–3 weeks. My car is running great, and I’m so grateful to have found a shop I can trust! I highly recommend Timothy and the team at Ledoux’s!

My vehicle broke down and they were able to assess same day and have it fixed in 24 hours. So thankful!
