Wow! Ive been to many shops that when you leave your car, you dread whether you picked the right shop. I like many others, have been swindled or overcharged at a variety of shops. I am happy to say Ledouxs on 13th street is not one of those! The staff are amazing, they explain exactly what work they will be servicing on your vehicle. They dont leave anything out, by the description you give them of your cars ailment, they let you know if its a known issue, tsb, or recall. They are ahead if the pack. Honesty, integrity, quality work, in this environment is rare to see! Informed me my vehicles motor seized and gave me the steps on how to get it to dealer for them to replace motor, that was covered by class action lawsuit. I have been going to Ledouxs for years, I would recommend anyone looking for a quality, qualified, honest shop, dont pass this one up. Thank you staff at 13th street shop! I appreciate the integrity and great work Ive received there.

This shop is great! Way less than what the dealership quoted me by far! Dealership stated i needed a bunch of repairs and services In the amount of $8000. Called Ledoux's to have them look it over. Vahn called me with all the information and they found out it only needed $1,600 worth of work done. Car now runs and drives great with no issues. It really has to make you think on what the dealership was really going to do for $8k. This will be our family repair shop from here on out. Thank you very much Ledoux's!!!

Very customer oriented, most competitive prices. It was my first time taking my car in and will definitely return when my car needs any maintenance or repair.

New to the area and we needed to get a tune up and oil change. This shop was close by. We happened into the office to chat with the service writer about costs and time frame. They were able to service the car the following day, so we left it there for the night. Then they called us before closing and were able to get the vehicle done that same day we dropped it off. Excellent turn around and the car was MUCH happier after some new plugs and a coil. I have experience in the auto industry and would say the pricing was a tad higher than I'm use to.. but was happy to pay for quality and efficiency.

The technicians at Ledoux's are top-notch. They do what needs to be done and keep promises.

My battery finally gave out in my Subaru. After calling the dealer and around town I was told no one could help me with my type of battery, or not until next week. I called Ledoux 's and a friendly voice told me he could have it there in shop in fifteen minutes. I was able to get my car there and they installed the battery and checked all systems, and I was good to go in 30 minutes. I am so grateful, they were all very professional and courteous.
