Great customer service. I would say Ledoux's is about value. You get what you pay for. One might be able to find a better price at a different shop, but Ledoux's does high quality work with great customer service. Even if you don't know a lot about cars, Ledoux's will take the time to help you understand what repairs they are doing and why they need to be done.

Honest work. There is no other place that can give the great service like they give!

Excellent. The best customer service and the best mechanics. They are very proactive with preventative maintenance and accommodating with scheduling. I work an evening shift and I can bring my car in late morning and have any routine maintenance completed in a couple of hours.

A family business. I would tell anyone (and I already have) that Ledoux is honest. You guys treat us (the customer) like we are actual people. I used to go to Les Schwab and I hated it. Anytime I would go to them with an issue, they would not only say, "you dont know anything about cars, this is what is REALLY wrong with your vehicle", but it was just poor service. On top of that, they were always wrong AND any services they did perform, were not done 100% right. Ledoux is an honest team. They tell you how it is, they work with your schedule, they do a great job! I not only trust you guys to work on my car, but I feel good when I pick it up. They never make me feel like I'm "less" because I'm not a mechanic. They always explain things and I know they have my best interest when it comes to fixing my car. I know they do the job right the first time, instead of botching it so I'll have to come back to spend more money on the same issue. It's something so simple but very unheard of these days: Treating others with respect and being honest. Thank you Ledoux!
