Let it be known Ledoux's pays for all these 5-star ads you are seeing. Don't believe me; they will give you free services and money for doing so. I have been a loyal customer taking great pride and care in my vehicle and having spent nearly $1000 in the last few months for stuff they told me I needed. Then, I go in for an oil change and low and behold they recommend I do the same stuff again, saying this fluid is dirty or that needs flushed or original parts need replaced - I JUST HAD THEM DO ALL THAT. Oh, and fuel ejectors need cleaned too. Now, I wonder if they even look at it at all or if it's just part of their usual up-sale sales trick? When I mentioned these discrepancies and showed them my previous service record they told me, "Oh we must have just hit the wrong button on the computer. We are having computer problems." I asked if they hit the wrong button three different times in three different places? Oh, yeah they give plenty of coupons but they all get it back in the end. With all the other businesses in town, we can all stand and should go somewhere else. I am a very honest person and expect the same in return - this is the first review I've written.

We feel very comfortable taking vehicles to Ledoux's. We feel that they are totally honest, and they do not pressure us into services that we were not planning on. Also, Janice is super nice!

Went in to get an oxygen sensor loosened on my project car. Went in for my appointment, and was surprised that he refused to charge me! Doubly surprising as I had not been a customer before. Certainly I am now!

Friendly, courteous, and goes the extra mile (no pun intended) to serve. Every time I've had a vehicle in their garage I've been completely satisfied with the results. Best auto shop in town.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They remember your name and what's wrong with your car so that helps speed up the process of diagnosis. I have had my car fixed there for over 2 years now and gotta say they have great quality service! 👍🏻 Highly recommended
