I had an excellent experience at Ledoux’s Auto Repair & Service on 13th Street. The oil change was handled quickly and professionally, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was done. The staff was respectful and easy to deal with, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. It’s not easy to find a shop that’s both efficient and trustworthy, so I really appreciate the level of service here. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto care.

They took the time to understand my situation. I asked for a safety inspection on my 20+ year old car, and LeDoux’s gave me advice for my budget. Good customer service!

Super helpful. They got the work done faster than expected at the price they quoted, and it was thousands of dollars cheaper than Ford.

I was in salem visiting friends and family and spent the day looking for a new place to move to (will be new to the area soon). My Subaru had some issues and ended up broken down. My friend recommended you, so I got towed over to Ledoux on 13th. They got me in right away and found out my head gasket was leaking :( After calling multiple rental car places and either getting ridiculous quotes or no availability, I felt stranded. The owner offered to drive us back to Vancouver Washington the same day. I am so thankful for you guys!! I would of had to wait until my husband was off work at 10pm to have him pick me up. You guys saved the day for me! Cant wait to move to Salem! Thank you again!!!
